What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process all provider enrollment transactions within the Provider Enrollment Portal (PEP), including new contracts and demographic changes
- Maintain and update provider information in the claim processing system (QNXT)
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve enrollment issues and track provider transactions
- Maintain provider status lists and provide regular updates to larger provider organizations
- Respond to inquiries regarding the status of provider enrollment transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and managed care contract policies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of provider enrollment experience
- Familiarity with the QNXT operating system
- Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions
- Ability to maintain a professional image and attitude while interacting with various stakeholders
