Berkshire Health Systems in Massachusetts seeks a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to support credentialing and recredentialing for all practitioners and affiliated staff.
You will gather and organize education, state licensure, DEA registration, work history, hospital privileges and other documentation, and complete forms and contracts with insurers.
The role requires collaboration with regulators, insurers, hospitals, and colleagues to credential providers quickly and ensure timely payments.
Hourly Pay Range: 24.6500 through 36.9800

The Provider Enrollment Coordinator facilitates the credentialing/recredentialing process for all practitioners and non-BHS practitioners for Berkshire Health Systems. The Credentialing Coordinator gathers and organizes practitioner information regarding specialty, education, state licensure, DEA registration, work history, practice detail, malpractice, hospital privileges, and other documentation as needed. The Provider Enrollment Coordinator will complete and file all necessary forms, documents and contracts required by individual insurers that BHS participates with. The provider Enrollment Coordinator works independently with regulatory agencies, insurers, hospitals, practitioners, and BHS employees so that providers are credentialed in a quick and efficient manner to ensure payment for services rendered.
Experience:
Minimum of three years experience in either reimbursement, credentialing, and/or billing within a health care setting required.
Education and Training:
High School Diploma required.
Associates' Degree Preferred.

The minimum and maximum of the hourly pay range for this position is shown above. Actual rates of pay may vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience and qualifications.
