About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Provider Enrollment Analyst for a short-term assignment to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and phone communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging calls professionally while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can work independently while ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process provider applications for enrollment in various healthcare programs.
  • Manage challenging calls and inquiries from healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy.

What you need:

  • Basic understanding of health insurance products such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Dental, and ACA plans (preferred).
  • Familiarity with insurance enrollment processes and related guidelines (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
