Shift information: Monday through Friday 8am-6pm

This role requires someone who can work independently while ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

What you need:

• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.

• Basic understanding of health insurance products such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Dental, and ACA plans (preferred).
• Familiarity with insurance enrollment processes and related guidelines (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
