Job summary

Medica is a nonprofit health plan delivering coordinated care and member-focused services in Minnesota, Wisconsin and beyond. The Strategic Provider Enablement Lead translates strategy into execution, surfacing risks and ensuring governance with provider partners.

The role leads complex provider initiatives, creates a Joint Operating Committee governance model, and drives cross-functional delivery across networks, operations, technology and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 8+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• 5+ years of program management experience in healthcare.
• Ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in operations and/or a provider experience role.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex provider initiatives and coordinate priorities with Medica and provider executives.
• Establish governance with Joint Operating Committee and define accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Network, Operations, Technology, Product, Pharmacy, Clinical, and more.
• Monitor progress with integrated workplans and executive dashboards; drive issue resolution.
