CVS Health is seeking a data operations professional in California to perform data maintenance and transactions for projects and new product implementations. You will ensure high-quality provider data for members and work with multiple departments to coordinate networks and contracts.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of provider data service experience, strong with Excel and Microsoft Office, and can multi-task in a fast-paced production environment, including clear written and verbal

Qualifications

• Must maintain information across multiple databases and perform data transactions for projects.
• Provider data service background is required and experience with provider directories is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in systems supporting claims adjudication and provider directory.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement new networks and complex contracts.
• Possibly provide team leadership or guidance within the unit.
• Validate system enhancements and conduct root cause analyses for improvements.
