Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Coordinator I, Provider Credentials to join our team. This role manages receipt, processing, first level evaluation, and reporting of provider credentials across federal and state databases.

You will collaborate with NCPDP, HMS, DEA, and state boards to ensure credentialing accuracy, URAC compliance, and an up-to-date network of qualified pharmacies and prescribers for Navitus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher not required; emphasis on credentialing processes and independent work.
• Experience analyzing medical/pharmacy claims or credentials is desirable.
• Telephonic and written communication skills are essential for provider coordination.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Navitus pharmacy providers and vendors to obtain and process credentials.
• Ensure credentials are documented and audited for compliance.
• Support URAC and internal policies to maintain a qualified pharmacy network.
• Create reports on credential activity and submit to leadership and committees.
• Monitor credential databases (NCPDP, HMS, DEA, State Boards) for accuracy and updates.
• Assist in obtaining attestations and other compliance-related documentation.
