Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Coordinator I, Provider Credentials to manage receipt, processing, and reporting of provider credentials. You will work with NCPDP, HMS, DEA, and state/federal databases, ensuring credentialing aligns with regulations and Navitus policies.

The role reports to the Manager of Provider Services and supports contract analysts. You will monitor credential databases, generate credential activity reports, and assist in attaining attestations, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively (telephonic and written).
• Experience data-mining variable databases and analyzing data.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Navitus pharmacy providers and vendors to obtain, review, and process credentials.
• Ensure credentials are documented and audited for compliance in systems and files.
• Support URAC and Navitus policy adherence; update procedures to meet new statutes.
