Job summary

OrthoCarolina is seeking a Manager of Provider Support Services to lead the Provider Credentialing team in Charlotte, NC. You will drive strategic leadership, operational management, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement of credentialing, enrollment, privileging, and provider data management.

You will coach a team, monitor KPIs, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate credentialing and service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 5+ years progressively responsible credentialing/healthcare operations experience.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Experience with delegated credentialing, payer audits, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Provider Support Services team for quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Oversee credentialing, recredentialing, primary source verification, and payer enrollment activities.
• Manage delegated credentialing programs, payer relationships, audits, and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
• Monitor workloads, timelines, and KPIs to meet goals.
• Collaborate with providers, leadership, hospitals, payers, and departments to resolve issues.
