Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage credentialing and enrollment for practitioners across states. You will maintain provider files, credential new and current staff, and coordinate with payers to ensure timely submissions.

The role requires 3–5 years of credentialing experience, CPCS preferred, and strong knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, and CMS systems. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of provider and facility credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• CPCS certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-site and/or multi-state providers.
• Experience with Infusion, G/I, Rheum, Neuro or large distributed practices desired.
• Strong understanding of payer credentialing and its impact on revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider files with up-to-date information for credentialing applications.
• Credential new providers and re-credential current providers with clinics.
• Facilitate completion of payer linking applications.
• Manage contracts, licenses, and credentials for providers.
• Communicate with payers for updates and documents.
• Develop and monitor processes for compliant credentialing services.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and accrediting bodies.
• Track enrollment status with agencies and payers.
• Maintain provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, and CMS databases.
• Maintain databases (Verity, Availity) for active provider files.
