Springfield Clinic is seeking a Provider Enrollment/Application Specialist to prepare and submit credentialing applications for physicians and locations, coordinating with payer relations and patient accounting.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience, strong knowledge of credentialing rules, MS Office skills, and excellent communication to ensure timely enrollment and compliance across multiple payers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credentialing policies and regulations.
• Familiarity with private and commercial insurance carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage completion and submission of provider enrollment applications.
• Coordinate with Operations Stakeholders and Managed Care plans on status changes.
• Maintain credentialing documentation and reporting.
• Ensure provider enrollment information is current and complete.
• Collaborate with Patient Accounting and Payer Relations on credentialing requirements.
• Provide user support for MD Staff and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
