Qualifications

• 3+ years of managed care or credentialing analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with external vendors and credentialing partners.
• Administers reports in external database portals; analyzes data, verifies accuracy, and presents findings to internal departments.
• Assists with oversight of delegated and non-delegated provider and facility data.
• Gathers, analyzes, and reports provider data to internal and external customers.
• Ensures practitioners and facilities are evaluated upon entry into the PCHP network and supports ongoing provider reviews.
