Confidential Employer in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a credentialing specialist to manage end-to-end provider credentialing for physicians and advanced practice professionals. The role requires coordinating hospital privileges and licensing to ensure providers are ready to serve patients.

You will work onsite, build relationships with hospital staff, track deadlines, and maintain confidential records while improving procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare credentialing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPCS certification preferred.
• Experience with physician/APP credentialing and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing for physicians and APPs.
• Obtain and maintain hospital privileges for new and existing providers.
• Coordinate credentialing applications, supporting documentation, renewals, and required follow up.
• Facilitate state licensing for newly hired providers.
• Serve as a primary liaison between providers and hospital medical staff offices.
• Track credentialing, licensing, privileging, and onboarding deadlines to ensure providers are ready to begin assignments on time.
• Maintain accurate and confidential provider records and credentialing documentation.
• Help implement and improve credentialing procedures, workflows, and internal processes.
