Job summary

Oklahoma State University’s OSU-Center for Health Sciences seeks a Credentialing Specialist to credential new providers and renewals with government insurers. This position works closely with the Credentialing Administrators and clinic leadership to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

You will update SSI and Availity records, collaborate with the 3 MCOs, and manage NPI registry updates, completing essential credentialing tasks. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with clinical and financial support staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Credential providers and renewals with Medicaid and 3 MCOs.
• Support clinic administrators and credentialing administrators.
• Update SSI and Availity with provider and clinics information.
• Submit weekly rosters to the 3 MCOs and manage NPI registry updates.
