BetterHelp is seeking a Provider Acquisition Specialist to grow our licensed therapist network across the U.S. You will recruit providers, manage outreach via email and calls, and coordinate onboarding with our Onboarding and Credentialing Team.
This role blends sales, recruitment, and product impact to expand access to mental health care. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or recruiting, strong communication, and comfort with high-volume outreach and data-driven decisions.

BetterHelp operates one of the largest networks of licensed mental health professionals and this is the most critical part of our product and business. We are looking for a focused, driven, results-oriented individual to help us grow our network.
Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. In addition to the base salary, this position has a commission component for a total OTE of $100,000 - $110,000 and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
