Qualifications

• Experience in product testing or product development environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing and validation for new and existing products (mechanical and electrical).
• Build, assemble, troubleshoot, and evaluate prototypes.
• Execute product qualification and reliability testing programs.
• Develop and conduct DOE testing to evaluate performance.
• Design, build, and operate test equipment and fixtures.
• Identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Document test data and create clear reports for engineers.
