You will help turn concepts into working prototypes, test systems, and production-ready solutions, working closely with engineers throughout the process.

The role suits hands-on, problem-solving individuals who can build prototypes, run tests, analyze results, and support continuous improvement for quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in engineering technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in an engineering lab, product development, manufacturing, or testing environment.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, schematics and assembly instructions.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, modify, and maintain prototypes, test fixtures, and experimental equipment.
• Support product validation, reliability, environmental, and performance testing activities.
• Set up instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, and measurement equipment.
• Conduct tests according to procedures and document results accurately.
• Collect, organize, and analyze test data and identify observations or issues.
• Assist engineers in evaluating product performance and validating design improvements.
• Troubleshoot prototype, equipment, and test setup issues.
• Recommend practical solutions to improve testing efficiency and product performance.
• Support engineering change activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Fabricate and assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Assist with prototype builds and development projects across multiple disciplines.
