• Familiarity with lead termination and magnetics assembly best practices.
• Ability to work from minimal documentation and adjust to deviations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex prototype units from sketches, CAD drawings and verbal instructions.
• Produce and test standard production products to meet delivery goals.
• Perform hands‑on testing and collect data on prototypes and pre‑production units.
• Collaborate with engineers to design tools and documentation for the manufacturing floor.
• Act as a technical liaison to move parts from NPI into full-scale production.
