Responsibilities include fabricating and inspecting cells, weighing hazardous materials, and assisting engineers with prototype development.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong hands-on skills with hand tools and measurement devices.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently and in a multitask team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and inspect components and assemblies following SOPs.
• Weigh and dispense hazardous materials, powders, and solvents.
• Mix materials per documented procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment (mixers, coaters, calenders, presses, welding systems).
• Perform inline quality checks to meet SOP requirements.
• Assist engineers with prototype assembly and SOP development.
• Maintain safe, clean workspace and follow 6S principles.
• Comply with lab and machine safety requirements.
