Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years of experience, although recent graduates with a technical school background are considered. The role involves close collaboration with engineering teams and emphasizes process adherence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate basic hand, electric, and pneumatic tools.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Good hand/eye coordination for safe job performance.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate mechanical parts from engineering drawings.
• Measure and verify dimensions of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
