Job summary

Krueger Bearings is seeking experienced Manual Mill Machinists for 1st or 2nd shift. The position offers full or part time options with typical hours of 7 am - 3 pm for 1st shift, and 3 pm - 1 am for 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate enjoys prototypes, can work independently on new jobs, and has a Tool and Die background. Experience on Bridgeport mills and reading blueprints is preferred in our job shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and job routings
• Proficient with milling and drilling setup and operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Good shop math for angles and radii

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, program and operate milling and drilling machines
• Use jigs, fixtures, clamps, etc.
• Select, prepare and install tooling
• Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling and sequences as needed
• Work from blueprints and routings
• Compute angles and radii with shop math
• Measure with calipers, micrometer, etc.
