Job summary

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing scheduled and un‑scheduled maintenance on testhandlers

Responsible for installing handler kits and performing adjustments as needed.

Responsible for vision system training per specifications

Work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks

Work closely with peers, supervisor, and engineering team toimprove equipmentto meet production goals

Document all work performed on equipment via software CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Following standards and procedures

Qualifications

High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred.

0-1 years relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry or military.

Candidate must adhere to all company safety protocols

Demonstrates proficiency in collaboration with others to make improvements through experimentation and drive toward standardized methods

Strong mechanical, electronic, and troubleshooting skills required

Candidate must have solid workplace soft skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English

Candidate must be comfortable navigating and operating computers

Basic familiarity of MS Office programs is a plus

Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities

Hands‑on participation and strong sense of ownership

Ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment

Must be physically capable of supporting equipment maintenance that requires occasionally bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, squatting, etc.

Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
