Qualifications

• Expertise in 0201 micro-soldering, SMT rework, and board repair.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, reflow ovens, and microscopes.
• Precision-focused, detail-oriented approach to board troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision micro-soldering, re-balling, and SMT-level rework on prototype PCBs.
• Diagnose and resolve board-level faults using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and test benches.
• Rapidly execute hardware ECOs, manage lab tools, and maintain reflow ovens.
• Document issues with failure photos, trace captures, and update test logs.
• Collaborate with design engineers to debug and improve prototype performance.
