Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is hiring an Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Assembler for an 18-month contract located in Santa Clara, California. The role involves assembling electromechanical prototype products and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. A pay rate of $40–$45 per hour is offered, along with comprehensive benefits for employees working 20+ hours per week.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with relevant technical experience. The position provides opportunities for growth in a dynamic engineering setting.

Qualifications

• PCBA (through-hole and SMT) certifications/experience is preferred.
• Fabrication skills (e.g., hand drill, drill press) are preferred.
• Familiarity with production and lean principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical prototype products in an engineering lab environment.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand daily tasks.
• Follow verbal and written process steps for assembling prototype products.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers for best practices.
• Propose improvements to reduce product cost and assembly time.
• Redline assembly procedures based on findings.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers with developing work cells.
