Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a Design Engineering Technician Assistant in Mount Pleasant, PA to support the Design Engineering team with prototype builds, documentation, and product refinements. The role bridges engineering and production through soldering, testing, and 3D printing in a fast-paced electronics environment.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in an engineering/electronics manufacturing setting and strong soldering skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering or electronics manufacturing.
• Soldering experience or ability to develop quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering and rework on through-hole and SMT components.
• Assist with engineering documentation including BOMs and technical findings.
• Support procurement activities by sourcing and tracking components and materials.
• Remove and install PCBAs into chassis for testing and development.
• Assist with material handling and product transfers within engineering and production.
• Operate and support 3D printing for prototyping activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to communicate priorities.
• Prepare documentation for design reviews and engineering discussions.
• Support prototype builds and product development efforts as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
