Qualifications

CNC machinist with programming, setup, and operation experience.
Experience with Mastercam or similar software.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of tolerances and fit-to-function requirements.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and machine prototype parts according to drawings and timelines.
Measure parts to specified tolerances using precision instruments.
Create programs and drawings using Mastercam as needed.
Interpret blueprints and specs to support prototype machining.
Operate CNC equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace.
Communicate machining challenges and improvements with Engineering and Quality teams.
Provide feedback on manufacturability and process improvements.
