Job summary

Intralox is seeking an Automation Engineer for the Development Acceleration Team in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on rapidly evaluating new concepts through prototyping, experimentation, and customer-driven learning.

You will integrate electrical, controls, software, and data collection to support fast, learn-first iterations. Key responsibilities include designing automation solutions for prototypes, developing PLC and motion control applications, and creating data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial automation experience.
• Experience with PLC programming and control system design.
• Familiarity with industrial networking and sensor technologies.
• Experience integrating mechanical and software systems.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and climb ladders.
• This position is located at Hanover, MD and is in-office 5 days a week.
• Travel 10-30% as needed for customer issues or on-site tests.
