Job summary

3-Dimensional Services Group is a precision manufacturing leader seeking skilled machine operators for second and third shifts. Responsibilities include loading raw parts, operating equipment to cut or process parts, and unloading finished items with finishing work such as deburring.

You will perform basic quality checks and document production data while maintaining safety and teamwork. Candidates should have basic math, measurement, and inspection skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work across shifts.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load raw parts and materials into machines safely and efficiently.
• Operate and activate machinery to cut or process parts according to job specifications.
• Unload finished parts from the machine and perform finishing work (deburring).
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure parts meet visual and dimensional standards.
• Stack, package, or place completed parts onto pallets for transport or storage.
• Communicate production progress and any issues to the next shift leader or supervisor.

Second and third shift positions are available.2nd shift hours - 3:00PM - 11:30PM; 3rd shift hours - 11:00PM-7:30AMResponsibilities:Load raw parts and materials into machines safely and efficiently.Operate and activate machinery to cut or process parts according to job specifications.Unload finished parts from the machine and perform necessary finishing work, such as deburring.Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure parts meet visual and dimensional standards.Stack, package, or place completed parts onto pallets for transport or storage.Communicate production progress and any issues to the next shift leader or supervisor.Accurately record job times and daily production data.Load parts into weld fixtures as required.Operate overhead cranes and other material-handling equipment safely.Regularly lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.Maintain awareness of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and adhere to all safety and PPE requirements.Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervision.Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.Basic math, measurement, and inspection skills.Strong attention to detail and quality standards.Willingness to work as part of a team and communicate effectively across shifts.
