Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a production/assembly worker to perform mechanical assembly using documented instructions while maintaining safety and a clean work environment. The role requires operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, and basic computer tasks. The position is a 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with overtime typical across weeks.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and legal work authorization in the U.S. is necessary.

You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10+ hours per week.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a 3rd Shift role. Working nights will start on Sunday night - Thursday night, ending on Friday morning. Schedule is 11:00pm-7:00a.m..
