Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician for a 3rd shift in Mequon, WI. You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions, operate hand and pneumatic tools, support molding operations, and assist with quality checks.

Overtime is common (10-20 hours/week). You report to the Production Manager and will work onsite; benefits include Health Insurance, 401k, and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

Job Description

You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10-20 hours per week. You will report to the Production Manager and work onsite in Mequon, WI. This is a 3rd Shift role (Sun-Thu, 10:00PM - 6:00AM).
