Rockwell Automation is seeking an on-site assembler in Ladysmith, Wisconsin for a 1st shift role (6:00am-2:30pm). DescriptionYou will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10–20 hours per week.You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI.
