By collaborating with warehouse staff, internal engineering departments, and external partners, you will guarantee that build specifications, parts data, and system documentation remain precise throughout the entire lifecycle of prototype development.

Core Duties

• Develop, verify, and update Master Parts Lists (MPL) to support the construction of prototypes.
• Coordinate with engineering groups and external vendors to guarantee the integrity of build specifications and component data.
• Conduct routine comparisons between Bills of Materials (BOM) and MPLs to identify and rectify any inconsistencies.
• Partner with the Prototype Engineering team to integrate process-specific information into the MPL.
• Execute frequent data audits to ensure high levels of accuracy.
• Oversee the lifecycle of Change Management tickets by reviewing, authorizing, and implementing updates.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and map data sets as they migrate across various platforms and systems.
• Ensure that all build records and part information remain consistent across internal databases.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with warehouse personnel to monitor the status and availability of components.
• Assist in shortage meetings by delivering transparent status reports on high-priority challenges.
• Attend deviation review sessions to ensure that authorized modifications are correctly captured within the MPL.
• Monitor and report on the progression of part status during the prototype assembly phase.
• Support Change Review Boards by facilitating the precise implementation of late-stage adjustments.
• Detect and rectify data errors and other obstacles to help maintain the efficiency of prototype builds.

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Proven background in the validation and oversight of Master Parts Lists (MPL) or equivalent BOM data structures.
• A comprehensive grasp of Product Data Management (PDM) principles.
• Strong analytical capabilities to help drive data-driven decision-making and problem resolution.
• Direct experience utilizing tools and workflows associated with change management.
• Proficiency in debugging and synthesizing intricate data sets across diverse system environments.
• The ability to translate technical specifications and engineering blueprints into actionable data.
• A meticulous focus on maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster team alignment.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across manufacturing, warehouse, and engineering departments.
