Job summary

Pentagon Technologies is seeking an experienced Protocol Lead to support onsite gown-room operations in a controlled environment. The auditor will provide coverage for nine gown rooms with twelve entry points, performing Material Entry checks and bag verifications per site specifications and Backpack Guidelines.

Key responsibilities include reviewing procedures, ensuring contamination controls, housekeeping, and compliant gowning, while coaching staff and tracking weekly audit trends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a protocol role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and go up and down through building(s) stairs.
• Steel toed boots.
• Must be able to pass a background
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Responsibilities

• Reviews process procedures to understand the scope, requirements, and function of audits in the cleanroom space.
• Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding visible contamination (particles, dirt, and debris).
• Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding housekeeping of assigned area.
• Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines and regulations regarding improper procedures to make sure all service members comply.
• Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding gowning (no tears or writing on latex gloves).
• Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding non approved materials (food, gum, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Provide weekly audit tracking for review and trend analysis.
