Job summary

Pentagon Technologies Group Inc is seeking a Protocol Lead to support onsite gown-room operations in Sunnyvale, CA. The auditor will cover nine gown rooms with twelve entry points, performing Material Entry procedures, bag checks, and ensuring compliance with site specs and guidelines.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or with a team, and the capacity to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Background check and drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required.
• Experience in protocol or audit roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bag checks and Material Entry auditing at gown room entry points.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in pre-gown areas; ensure spaces stay clear.
• Coach personnel on proper gowning protocols before entry.
• Follow escalation procedures as required and document activities.
• Provide weekly audit tracking for review and trend analysis.
