Job summary

Pentagon Technologies is seeking an experienced Protocol Lead to support onsite gown-room operations in a cleanroom environment. You will cover nine gown rooms with twelve entry points, performing bag checks, and ensuring compliance with Material Entry procedures and Backpack Guidelines.

Role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and the stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a protocol role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and go up and down through building(s) stairs.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews process procedures to understand the scope, requirements, and function of audits in the cleanroom space.
• Ensures service team members comply with guidelines regarding visible contamination, housekeeping, and gowning.
• Performs bag checks and Material Entry auditing at designated gown room entry points.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in pre-gown areas and coaches personnel on proper gowning protocols.
• Provides weekly audit tracking for review and trend analysis.
