Ladgov Corporation seeks a Protestant Music Director & Musician to support worship services at Cannon Air Force Base, NM. The role provides musical leadership for contemporary worship and coordinates volunteer musicians and vocalists.

The successful candidate will lead weekly rehearsals, prepare worship music and presentations, and assist with chapel audiovisual equipment to ensure engaging services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of documented worship music leadership experience.
• Proficiency in piano/keyboard or acoustic guitar with strong vocal skills.
• Ability to read music, chord charts, and lead sheets and direct a worship team.
• Ability to pass required background checks and Cannon AFB access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead music for weekly Protestant worship services and scheduled special services.
• Conduct weekly praise-team rehearsals and coordinate volunteer musicians and vocalists.
• Play piano/keyboard or acoustic guitar and lead congregational singing.
• Prepare worship music, lyrics, presentations, and assist with chapel audiovisual equipment.
