Job summary

LPR International seeks a Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordinator (PAREC) to support USAG Hawaii Religious Support Office. The role coordinates Protestant Religious Education programs, assists chapel ministries, prepares educational materials, and organizes community outreach while collaborating with the Garrison Chaplain and ministry leaders.

Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and supporting deployment readiness and background checks.

Qualifications

• Formal training in Protestant Christian Religious Education or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Protestant Religious Education programs throughout the academic year.
• Plan, schedule, and execute regular and seasonal Religious Education activities.
• Maintain the Religious Education calendar, attendance records, and reports.
• Prepare correspondence, flyers, publicity, meeting minutes, and program documentation.
• Coordinate Vacation Bible School, holiday programs, community events, and resiliency activities.
• Prepare curriculum materials, organize supplies, and reset classrooms.
• Support deployment readiness events and background check administration.
• Submit required reports and maintain organized program files.
