Ladgov Corporation is seeking a dedicated Programs Coordinator for USAG Hawaii – Chapel Locations on Oahu to coordinate year-round Catholic Religious Education programs. You will work to ensure engaging religious education experiences for service members and their families in an organized, compliant setting.

You will prepare monthly calendars, facility requests, flyers, and reports, track attendance, manage documentation, and help ensure training and safeguarding standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Christian Religious Education or related ministry field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a military chapel environment.
• 2 years’ experience supporting or teaching Catholic Religious Education or youth programs.
• Catechetical Certification from the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate year-round Catholic Religious Education programs
• Prepare monthly RE calendars, facility requests, flyers, and reports
• Track attendance and manage program documentation
• Prepare classrooms and distribute instructional materials
• Collect and upload sacramental records in the AMS portal
• Attend required coordination and parish meetings
• Maintain compliance with training, background checks, and child protection standards
