The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and evaluating proteomics-based sample preparation workflows for mass spectrometry, across diverse sample types including blood and tissues.

You will work with cross-functional scientists to design experiments, analyze results, and contribute to automation-focused workflow improvements, with a final project

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Proteomics or related field
• Hands-on lab experience with biological samples and proteomics workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with mass spectrometry sample prep and data interpretation
• Familiarity with lab automation and data analysis software

Aufgaben

• Support development and optimization of proteomics sample prep workflows
• Assess and compare sample prep approaches for performance and throughput
• Develop workflows for automation platforms like Agilent AssayMAP Bravo
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientists to design experiments and analyze data
• Perform protein extraction, digestion, and peptide cleanup
• Summarize experimental results using appropriate software and record findings
• Maintain detailed experimental records and communicate progress to team
• Prepare final project presentation or poster with reproducible workflows
