Torrey Holistics in Foley, MN is seeking a Protein Processing Sanitation Lead to guide a sanitation crew in cleaning and sanitizing meat processing equipment used for pork, beef, chicken and turkey. The shift runs 3:00pm–9:00pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site work.

You will lead and coach the team, ensure GMP and safety compliance, maintain audit-ready areas, and handle basic logs. This role suits dependable, detail‑oriented professionals who are proactive and ready for a hands-on, fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Operate or learn pallet handling equipment to move product or packaging materials.
• Model compliance with GMPs, safety, sanitation protocols, and plant rules.
• Complete basic logs and communicate with the team.
