Job summary

Dombrovski Meats Co. Inc. in Foley, MN seeks a Protein Processing Sanitation Lead to guide a sanitation crew and ensure clean, safe operations for pork, beef, chicken, and turkey processing.

You will enforce standards and prepare production areas for the next shift, with a typical 3:00pm–9:00pm schedule. Ideal candidates have proven leadership and comfort with a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership; prior management experience.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Comfort with a very active role; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a sanitation team, coordinating tasks and coaching performance.
• Clean and sanitize meat processing equipment and tools used for pork, beef, chicken, and turkey production.
• Keep all production areas neat, orderly, and audit-ready at all times.
• Operate or learn pallet handling equipment to move product or packaging materials as needed.
• Model strict compliance with GMPs, safety, sanitation protocols, and all company plant rules.
• Complete basic written logs and calculations; communicate clearly with your team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
