Responsibilities

• Operate the cooker and rendering equipment safely and efficiently to meet food safety and production requirements.
• Monitor equipment and communicate any safety, food safety plan or production issues to management.
• Observe raw material bins, flow paths, and finished storage bins to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor mechanical systems and report any issues, acting as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties in assigned areas and assist maintenance as required.
