Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate RO systems (evaporator, permeate and polishing RO) including production, CIP, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate and complete paperwork.
• Follow GMPs and sanitation practices related to CIP, COP and cleanup.
• Maintain and monitor QA and production programs per Hilmar Cheese & Ingredient standards.
• Complete and respond to in-process testing.
• Communicate effectively with team members to reach department goals.
• May relieve operators for breaks and lunches as needed.
• Participate in training and development activities.
