Responsibilities

• Ensure correct operation of assigned equipment.
• Identify flows from HCV’s to packaging.
• Troubleshoot plant issues related to equipment and process.
• Maintain operation and sanitation of equipment.
• Notify management of equipment or process problems affecting safety.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Coach and train teammates in job-related skills.
• Prioritize food safety and sanitation at all times.
• Report any safety issues or observations to the teams.
