Responsibilities

• Expression and purification of proteins using E. coli and mammalian cell culture (HEK293 and CHO).
• Operate automated chromatography platforms and perform protein crystallization.
• Contribute to structure solution efforts.
• Maintain sterile technique and general laboratory practices.
