Job summary

Adimab, located in New Hampshire's Upper Connecticut River Valley, seeks a Research Associate in Antibody & Protein Engineering to join the Platform Technologies group. The role focuses on discovery, optimization, and characterization of protein therapeutics in a collaborative team.

The candidate will design experiments, build yeast display libraries, perform FACS selections, and analyze antibody data, contributing to multiple projects and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent practical experience in molecular biology, chemical engineering, or biochemistry.
• At least 2 years of lab experience in academia or industry.
• Knowledge of molecular biology or protein engineering or structural biology and/or flow cytometry.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing protein engineering experiments.
• Constructing yeast display libraries and performing FACS selections.
• Basic protein/DNA sequence and structural analysis.
• Basic yeast handling and propagation.
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing antibody characterization data.
• Collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
