The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Strategy, to turn data into actionable insights that guide customer strategy and commercial planning. You will partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to support growth objectives and drive informed business decisions.

Working with experienced mentors, you will contribute to reporting, analytics, and materials that help engage customers and improve performance.

Qualifications

• :Experience in Category Management, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, or a related commercial function.
• :Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making; knowledge of consumer shopper behavior and market research methodologies.
• Knowledge of CPG industry trends and category management principles.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights to support customer planning and engagement.
• Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Apply segmentation frameworks to support planning, targeting, and execution.
• Develop presentations, charts, and summaries translating data into business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Strategy, Analytics, and Commercial teams to support growth initiatives.
