Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Research Associate for an onsite position with a global biotechnology company in Cambridge, MA. This 12+ month contract involves hands-on experimentation, data organization, and analytical work to support late-stage protein characterization.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry and experience with LC/CE, sample management, and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/HS + experience combinations are allowed as per requirements.
• Experience with sample and inventory management is required.
• Experience with LC or CE for biologics testing is essential.
• Able to interpret data and document results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sample inventories and track status.
• Support late-stage protein characterization using LC/CE.
• Develop and transfer analytical methods for CQAs.
• Perform routine tasks with limited supervision to ensure reproducible results.
• Transfer methods from literature to the lab and modify as needed.
• Interpret complex analytical data and prepare technical docs.
• Contribute to internal reports, papers, and regulatory documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment and experimental issues.
