Insight Global seeks a Scientist for a large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA to join the Critical Reagents Bioanalysis team within R&D Bioanalytical Discovery and Development Sciences. The role provides protein biochemistry services—conjugation, purification, and characterization—and manages buffer inventory for GLP-compliant work.

Requires BS in Biochemistry, 2+ years of lab experience, and hands-on skills in HPLC, SDS-PAGE, UV/Vis, and centrifugation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biochemistry or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with protein purification and conjugation techniques.
• Experience with HPLC, SDS-PAGE, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, and centrifugation.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete end-to-end documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Assess biophysical/biochemical properties of assay reagents.
• Submit data to manager and follow directions on next steps.
• Operate laboratory equipment and follow SOPs and safety training.
• Follow SOPs and assist daily protein purification and conjugation work.
• Maintain records with electronic lab notebook and databases.
• Contribute data and ideas in group meetings.
