Austin, TX | Central Texas | Full-Time
You know how to sell. Now let's build something you own.
I'm looking for a high-performing sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to become an agency owner but may not be ready to launch a business independently today.
This opportunity is designed for someone who already has the drive and sales ability to build a business, and wants a structured path to develop the skills, experience, and plan to eventually own their own Farmers agency.
This isn't just another insurance sales job. It's a pathway to ownership.
The Protégé program provides up to 12 months to complete the applicable eligibility requirements and develop toward agency ownership. Eligible graduates have the opportunity to become a Farmers agency owner, with new-agent capital requirements waived upon graduation.
There is also a graduation bonus opportunity for eligible Protégé graduates to help support the transition into agency ownership.
You might be a great fit if you:
You won't be figuring this out on your own.
Our District Leadership Team provides hands-on coaching, business plan development, strategy, and ongoing support throughout the Protégé program as you work toward agency ownership.
You’ll also have access to Farmers' University of Farmers training and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced industry professionals.
If you've ever thought...
“I know I could run my own business. I just don't have the capital or the roadmap to do it yet.”
...this is exactly the type of opportunity I want to talk to you about.
